Gemma is very helpful when I faced problems with the renting property in Canary Wharf. When the neighbour beneath found water stain on the ceiling of her kitchen, Gemma dispatched an engineer to take a quick look after she received my approval. When the engineer could not find anything wrong, Gemma arranged the my tenants, my neighbour and myself to meet and check the situation. Soon a solution was suggested and Gemma arranged another engineer and the leak was found and fixed shortly, to the huge relief of mine. Other times, she was happily call the council to check some details for me. And she is always cheerful. It is such a nice experience having Gemma working for me.
